The video should clearly show the shipping package, shipping label, complete unboxing process, and condition of the product.

If a package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should avoid accepting the shipment and contact our customer support team immediately.

Claims relating to transit damage, missing products, or incorrect products may require valid supporting evidence.
